My name is Brad VanSickle. I started OfficeOurs out of a passion for helping small businesses grow. I’ve been lucky enough to work for some incredible entrepreneurs over the last ten years, getting to learn about the challenges they face and the decisions that have brought success. The ups and downs of business development are exhilarating, with each setback bringing a new learning opportunity, and each success reinforcing what makes the hard work worthwhile.

In a small business setting, you’re forced to wear a lot of hats to make the business go. As an office manager, I have had to act as general administrator, bookkeeper, marketing manager, and human resources manager. Over time, I built up my own skills and systems that I believe are valuable to any business owner who wants to spend more time working on their business and less time slogging through office work.
